| Along with "Hirota Jinja Shrine", it is one of the historic shrines that have listed on "Engishiki" in the Heian era. In a backyard of the main shrine, pasanias and whitebeams are grown in crowds which is appointed as a natural monument by the city. At the harvest festival on the day before Health-Sports Day every year, seven floats from each Yamaguchi areas come gather to the grounds of this shrine. |
