Kyogyoji Temple

It is also called "Najio-Gobou" and stood on a hill where you can overlook whole houses in the town of Najio. It was built by a Holy Priest Rennyo during the Muromachi era and preserves many valuable materials. A building that looks like a castle tower is called "Taiko-Rou" (Drum tower), where people used to beat a drum to inform the time. Kyogyoji Temple
